CAPITAL STOCK
At year-end, capital stock was worth SEK 6,194,001.96, divided into 619,400,196 stocks, each worth SEK 0.01. All stocks have an equal right and each stock gives entitlement to one (1) vote. At the AGM, each person, who is entitled to vote, can vote with the entire number of stocks that he or she owns, or has preferential rights to, without limitation in number of votes. A trading unit consists of 5,000 stocks.
