SwitchCore is not yet among the companies that are obliged to comply with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. SwitchCore's Board of Directors is however positive to the introduction of the Code and intends to gradually adapt its processes and communication routines to comply with the Code.
The Corporate Governance Report for SwitchCore's 2006 fiscal year is part of the Board's ambition to communicate important aspects of how the Board and Executive Management administer the values and confidence entrusted to them by the owners.
This report has not been subjected to review by the Company's auditors.
